Signal processing & Communications are very intimately related research areas, which have found applications in many diverse fields; viz., multimedia systems, biomedical systems, radio communication, etc.. The Signal Processing & Communications track deals with both the theory and application aspects, and papers with original work in all related applications areas invited.  Participation from Asia Pacific region is particularly encouraged.
