The underwater world that covers 70% of the earth has an enormous impact on human civilization, affecting climate change, food security, minerals, and natural resources. This track thus acknowledges the importance of the underwater world and provides a promising window of insight to integrate research, technology, and expertise in the field of water informatics and communication technologies. A vast and diverse group from academia, researchers, govt organizations, and civil society organizations are expected to participate and contribute to this track.
