FIT 2026 Call for Tracks
Are you leading research that defines the next frontier of Information Technology and sustainability? We invite you to contribute to an exciting and intellectually challenging program for the Frontiers of Information Technology (FIT) Conference 2026.
This year the theme for FIT 2026 is: “Artificial Intelligence for Societal Transformation in the Global South: Challenges, Opportunities, and Responsible Innovation”. We are seeking visionary organizers to Lead a Paper Track. We welcome proposals for tracks that deeply explore our core theme, bridging the gap between cutting-edge IT research and its societal impact. Whether you are exploring established research paths or pioneering new contributions to emerging technological paradigms, we want to hear from you.
Your Role: As a track lead, you will organize a session focused on your research area:
- Curate high-quality paper submissions.
- Manage the peer-review process for your track.
- Moderate the sessions and lead discussions during the event.
Submission Requirements: We highly value diversity and cross-institutional collaboration.
- Co-Leadership: Proposals should be co-led by at least two organizers (preferably representing different institutions) and feature a mix of experience levels.
- Proposal Format: Please submit a maximum 500-word proposal outlining the significance of your chosen topic, its relevance to the theme, and the specific types of contributions you aim to attract.
